Our Leadership:

Tom Galt - Owner & Estimator, D-ONE Drywall Services, Inc.

With more than three decades in construction, Tom Galt brings deep field expertise and steady, on-budget delivery to every D-ONE Drywall project. He began his career on crews installing and finishing drywall across California and steadily advanced through estimating, site supervision, and project management. Before founding D-ONE Drywall Services, Inc. in 2020, Tom led estimating and managed schedules, manpower, and budgets for regional drywall firms, partnering closely with designers, architects, and prime contractors to keep quality high and timelines tight. His résumé spans healthcare campuses, federal and state facilities, K-12 and higher-education buildings, hospitality, base operations, and complex tenant improvements—from Fresno’s Save Mart Center and U.S. Courthouse to hospitals, naval air stations, and high schools across the state.

Equally important to Tom is his Native heritage and a lifelong commitment to community advancement. He has served his tribal community in multiple leadership roles—including elected service on the Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians Tribal Council and board oversight of the Chukchansi Economic Development Authority—helping steward major projects and financing initiatives. Tom chaired the North Fork Rancheria Indian Housing Authority and has consulted with several tribes on housing, economic development, and major capital projects, ensuring that growth is responsible, sustainable, and aligned with community priorities.
